I , Ulrica started this GoFundMe myself in July 2025. Over the past ten months, it has raised 4,870 SEK (approximately 531 USD).
This shows how challenging it can be to receive steady support, as only a small number of people are able to contribute — something I truly understand and respect.
That is also why I created this website — to offer a clearer and more transparent view of the foundation’s work, its background, and the people behind it, both adults and children.
Here, I can share more information, photos, updates, and provide different ways for those who wish to help, in various currencies.
I have followed and maintained daily contact with the children in the foundation for over five years, mainly through video calls. Over time, they have become an important part of my life, and I have come to know them as children with dreams, joy, and hope.
Before getting involved, I was careful to verify the organization by speaking with people who had visited the place, and everything confirms that the children are safe, well cared for, and given the opportunity to attend school. At the same time, the need for support is great.
The biggest challenge is covering the recurring costs of the children’s education – school fees, school uniforms, and materials – which must be paid three times per year.
Support via TikTok has been valuable and completely crucial for their survival, but I also see it as very unstable. At times it is strong, but at other times it almost disappears for long periods, creating financial pressure.
I also see a significant risk that support through TikTok will decrease over time for all creators, making the situation very uncertain in the long term.
I am deeply grateful for every donation that comes in – every contribution, regardless of size, makes a real difference.
To ensure full transparency, we have separate bank accounts, one for this website and one for the GoFundMe where everything that comes in and everything that is paid out can be tracked.
To me, these children are not just a story – they are real lives with a future that depends on our choice to help.

About the Donation
This website enables voluntary donations to the KpFamily / GaKids program, run by the Galaxy Foundation in Uganda. The program supports orphaned and vulnerable children by providing for their basic needs and education.
Donations are entirely voluntary gifts. No goods, services, or other compensation are provided in exchange for a donation.

How Donations Are Used

100% of the received donations are forwarded to the Galaxy Foundation. Payment providers may deduct transaction fees during processing.
Payment
Payments are securely processed via Stripe, an external international payment provider. Ulrica Lindberg does not collect or store any personal information herself.
All payment information is handled directly by Stripe, which acts as the data controller in accordance with GDPR. Any personal information is processed by Stripe according to their privacy policy and security standards.
